What if I’m not happy with my cleaner?

Our staff will be happy to co-ordinate a change of cleaner for you. Also, if your cleaner is sick or goes on holiday we can arrange a fill in cleaner for the time that your regular person will be away. Any changes can be made by calling us directly.


Can I contact my cleaner direct if I need to change my service day?

Yes, you can contact your cleaner direct and if they cannot accommodate the change our staff would be happy to organise a replacement for you for the day.


Do I supply my own equipment and products?

No, our cleaners will provide all products and equipment.


What happens if I work and can’t be home?

Our cleaners are used to working independently in clients’ homes. However, we do ask you to meet the cleaner prior to the service and arrange access to your home and a comprehensive list of what you would like to have done and what products you would like used on particular surfaces. It’s important also that your cleaner knows if you have pets in your home.


What household jobs can I ask to be done?

Anything that will make your life easier and that can be done in a reasonable amount of time. The list will vary from client to client but may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, changing beds, or anything that is relative to clients’ cleaning needs.



Who is the Spotless Solutions Household Cleaning Services

With 15 years in the homecare industry, our staff screen, interview and select cleaners to register with our Agency as independent operators. We facilitate help with general housework and home duties and provide fill ins and replacements as may be required.

Who do I speak to in order to resolve an issue?

You can speak to one of our customer service personnel. We will help you resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. We can facilitate a change of cleaner if the need arises as well as providing fill-in’s if your cleaner is going to be away.


How do I pay my cleaner?


Pay your cleaner directly by cash, check or internet transfer at each service schedule.

Do you provide invoicing for an insurance claim/service?

Are your cleaners vetted?

Our recruitment personnel personally interview and reference check all cleaners registered with Spotless Solutions Household Cleaning. We also offer our clients the peace of mind of providing General Liability.


How much work will my cleaner do?

Your cleaner will meet with you to discuss your needs, which may involve basic dusting, vacuuming and cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom to laundry and making beds as well as general tidying. There is nothing that they won’t be able to do within a reasonable timeframe.


How frequently can I have a service?

The service can be catered to your needs, which may be weekly, biweekly or monthly even for nightly when are business days. We can organize catch-up cleans to get your house spic and span or end of lease cleans, one-off services and spring cleans if the need arises.
